Great performances from our stallions this week:

HOTSPOT (Hors La Loi II x Nabab de Rêve) claimed two podium finishes in the 1.50m classes at the CSI4* Valkenswaard with Mathijs van Asten, winning on Friday before taking 2nd place on Saturday.

FIFTY FIFTY SEMILLY (DIAMANT DE SEMILLY x Heartbreaker) finished 7th in his first 1.55m Grand Prix at the CSI3* Opglabbeek with his new partner, Eiken Sato.

AWAY SEMILLY (DIAMANT DE SEMILLY x Watzmann) enjoyed a successful show with his young rider Pedro Mansur, recording two victories and 3rd place in the CSI Children Grand Prix at Valkenswaard.

KENZO SEMILLY (Comme Il Faut x DIAMANT DE SEMILLY) finished 9th in the 6-Year-Old Young Horses Speed Class at the Normandie Horse Show with Dylan Levallois.

TOP PERFORMANCES BY OUR STALLIONS’ OFFSPRING

Numerous top placings for the progeny of our catalogue stallions:

  • Bull Run’s Jireh (URIKO x Colman) and Kristen Vanderven added another international victory to their record by winning the 1.50m Grand Prix at the CSI3* Dinard.
  • Cloudio (CASALL x Cassini I), ridden by Richard Vogel, finished 9th in the 1.60m Grand Prix at the CSI5* Dinard.
  • Golden Boy DK (DIAMANT DE SEMILLY x Cash) took 2nd place in a 1.50m class at the CSI4* Valkenswaard with Simon Delestre.
  • The outstanding Stargold (STAKKATO GOLD x Lord Weingard) and Marcus Ehning finished 5th in a 1.50m class at the CSI4* Valkenswaard.
  • Cape Cod (TORNESCH x Kashmir van Schuttershof), partnered by Giacomo Bassi, finished 3rd in the 1.45m Grand Prix at the CSI2* Cervia.
  • Kaskada (ACTION BREAKER x Cassini I) won the 1.45m Grand Prix at the CSI2* Biskupiec with Grzegorz Nowak.

Strong performances were also recorded by the progeny of LUIDAM:

  • Hello Folie (formerly Folie de Nantuel) (LUIDAM x DIAMANT DE SEMILLY), ridden by Ben Maher, finished 13th in the 1.60m Grand Prix at the CSI5* Dinard.
  • Much Loved (LUIDAM x Libertino I) claimed 2nd place in a 1.50m class at the CSI3* Opglabbeek with Falih Al-Dulaimi.
  • Hamilton Loisel (LUIDAM x DIAMANT DE SEMILLY), ridden by Lou Morali, finished 5th in a 1.50m class at the CSI3* Opglabbeek.

Three of our horses finished in the Top 15 of the 6-Year-Old Young Horses Speed Class at the Normandie Horse Show, all ridden by Dylan Levallois:

Also at the Normandie Horse Show, two brothers of our young stallion KILIMANDJARO SEMILLY delivered strong performances with Clément Fortin.

Jour J Semilly (DIAMANT DE SEMILLY x Baloubet du Rouet) and Isfandiyar Semilly (ACTION BREAKER x Baloubet du Rouet) both finished in the ribbons in Saturday’s Pro 2 Grand Prix, following Isfandiyar‘s 10th-place finish in Friday’s Pro 3 Grand Prix.

Thanks to his consistency throughout the season, Jour J Semilly currently ranks 7th in the national standings for 7-year-old horses.
