All of our horses bear the name "  emilly ", after the Couvains Stud's most famous stallion - Le Tot. Our current broodmare herd comprises 20 mares, selected for genetic quality, competition performance and excellent conformation.
Our mares carry the blood of such renowned stallions as Le Tot de Semilly, Jalisco B, Muguet du Manoir, Quidam de Revel, Quat'Sous, Ulior des Isles, Calypso d'Herbiers, etc.
In addition foals out of some of the best Selle Français mares (such as Elodie d'Aursay, Erminette III, Midinette II, Osyris, Révangika, Voltige du Pas, etc.) are retained by embryo transfer in order to constantly improve our bloodlines.
Each year, we also acquire some of the best foals on the market for breeding or competition purposes.
Crossings are carefully planned, using as sires : Allegreto, Calypso d'Herbiers, Cumano, Diamant de Semilly, Dollar du Murier, Ephebe for Ever, First de Launay, Flipper d'Elle, Ivory Star, Keops du Vinnebus, Le Tot de Semilly, Parco, Quat'Sous, Quick Star, Quidam de Revel, Rosire, etc. One to three years old offspring from these crosses are available.
After breaking, our 4 years old and older horses are trained in our own competition stables.

He also qualified easily for the 6 YO French Championships and has been ranked "Very Good", finishing 9th of the French 6 YO males Championships ! ISO 140.
